The Ivey Leadership Profile 360 degree feedback system is designed
to gather feedback for leaders from several different perspectives, including their
own leaders, their colleagues, and those who report to them. The survey is designed to
provide feedback on several leadership competencies and character dimensions. Competencies
and character are both important and complementary components that contribute to leadership
effectiveness.
This 360 degree survey is comprised of sections measuring competencies relevant to
effective job performance, elements of leadership character, and additional items for
research purposes only.
Ratings and comments are combined and presented to the participating leader in two
separate detailed reports. The Ivey Leadership Profile Competencies report provides
detailed feedback on the competencies component of this survey, while the Leadership
Character Insight Assessment (LCIA-360) report provides feedback on the Character
Dimensions and Elements.
